Place and pay for your order online and select store pickup at one of our 3 locations. Call before you arrive to make sure the stock is available. Once you’ve arrived at one of our locations just call the store and we will bring it out to you.

All orders made on our website require the customer to provide Government ID upon delivery.

You must be either 18+ or 19+ depending on the province you are residing in.

The legal age to purchase vaping products is 18+ for Alberta, Manitoba, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Quebec,

Saskatchewan, & Yukon Territory. 19+ for British Columbia, New Brunswick, NewfoundLand and Labrador,

Nova Scotia, Ontario and Prince Edward Island.

We guarantee all orders to be shipped out within 3 business days of payment being processed.

Accuracy, we take a picture of all of our shipments going out to make sure the contents are correct.

Speed, we compare pricing and speed of delivery through multiple companies including

Canada Post, UPS and Purolator,to make sure your order gets to you quickly.

Orders within the Greater Toronto Area, typically arrive within 1 business of the shipment being processed.

For all other provinces and territories orders typically arive within 3 business days of the shipment being processed.

However due to COVID-19 shipping delays are common and your package can take longer then usual to arrive

If a shipment ever takes longer than 15 business days to be delivered after the shipment has been processed,

we will give you a 30% off coupon code for use on your next order.

If you are paying with a credit card that does not have the same billing address as your shipping address,

your order may be flagged and cancelled by our credit card processor.

None of the companies we ship through deliver on weekends.

We do not currently ship to any country outside of Canada.

Proof of age is required for all packages, if you are not home when the courier attempts delivery,

it will be delivered to the nearest post office of the courier.

Due to COVID-19 Most postal services will not check ID at the door and you may be required to pick up from your local post office.

Tracking info will be sent to you as soon as the order has been shipped.

If you have not received a tracking number within 2 business days check your spam folder.

All packages are insured up to at least $100.00, if the package was lost by the courier then our shipping guarantee is void.

We will then contact the courier and get them to investigate what happened with the package.

This can take a few days so no refund or replacement shipment will be sent out until the matter is resolved.
